Architectural Rendering Fees & Information
Rendering Fees: Based on your preference, the artist can give you a project bid or charge an hourly fee of $55.00 per hour. If you request a bid, she will give you a bid based on your requirements for the project. If, however, you choose to list your budget amount on the inquiry form, she will give you a bid, based on that budget, and suggest the medium and size suited to that amount.

Mediums: Ink, Pencil, Colored Pencil, Marker, Acrylic on Mat Board, Ink on Mylar then back-painted with Acrylic.
Planning: If you office near the Tulsa, Oklahoma area, the artist can come to your office for meetings or to pick up any reference materials. If you office outside of Tulsa, when the preliminary sketch is finished, a digital photograph can be taken and sent to you for approval via email. Fax is available for planning and notes. If you have any actual reference materials, please send them to the artist.
Contract: When a rendering is ordered, the artist will send you a contract for the project.
Changes: After initial specifications are submitted to the artist, any changes to the colors, materials, or project will be billed at an additional charge.
Duplication: A rendering or illustration is contracted for a specific use and not for making additional copies for additional uses. Duplication rights as well as duplication prints of any kind must be negotiated with the artist and included on the signed contract.
Terms: 50% down payment is due at the time of your order. The remaining balance is due at the time of delivery or completion. If this should be an extensive project, draws may be requested by the artist.
Payment: In the Tulsa, Oklahoma area, you are welcome to pay by check. Outside of the Tulsa area, please choose which method you prefer; 1) A Paypal invoice will be created (one for each payment) where you have the option to pay by credit card or check. (you do not have to set up an account with Paypal) 2) If you prefer, you may mail a check directly to the artist. Please allow time for your check to clear before the project can begin or ship.
Completion Date: A completion date can be estimated after the project is discussed with the artist. If you have an architectural meeting deadline for the presentation, please indicate on the contact form and se will let you know her schedule.
Shipping: If shipping is involved for the delivery of your finished rendering (outside of the Tulsa area) shipping will be billed with the applicable invoice. If you prefer, please let the artist know your carrier account number.
Travel: In Tulsa, mileage will be billed with the final invoice. Outside of the Tulsa area, the artist is willing to travel to your site should you request it. (travel must be provided)
